I don't think they give you as much banchan here as some of the other joints, but I come to Madangsui for the meat, which is delicious. I'm a big fan of Korean barbecue pork belly (samgyupsal) and thinly-sliced brisket (chadorbegi), and this place does it well. Lustily slurp up their naengmyun, cold buckwheat noodles with hard-boiled egg and veggies, on a hot summer day.
