What can you say about Scott Conant that hasn't been said by the New York food media? He's bursting with oomph and sex appeal and has taken it with him to his new three-star restaurant in the Meatpacking District. His cooking may be refined and understated, but his personality is anything but.

As handsome as a Bollywood star and a gifted, creative young chef to boot, Akhtar Nawab is just beginning to break out as a chef, creating concentrated flavors in his swanky Greenwich Village restaurant. Get this guy in front of a camera!
