Well, to start off, they're a credit union. Anyone expecting the convenience of a bank (i.e. locations and hours) should stick with a bank. But they do have online banking, all of the staff is friendly (whether by phone or in person) and there's an association of local CUs (including BECU) so that you can use their ATM's and not get hit with charges. Fees tend to be lower than a bank, so that's a definent plus.
