The Catfish was breaded way to much for my liking. Hush Puppies were o.k. The shrimp and grits were good! Service was good! Sorry! We really wanted to like this place.

We used to go here almost every Sunday for their brunch at the old location. Awesome deal for brunch- about $15 for three courses. Pay extra for the watermellon lemonade, it is delicious! Dinner is great too - Steak Paradiseo is my husbands favorite, I almost always get the etouffee. (I know I am probably spelling that wrong!) We get the alligator beignets for an appeitzer (yum!). You HAVE to get the Bread pudding for dessert - SO GOOD! Jambalaya is good - pretty spicy and it could definately be shared - it is HUGE! The best part though is the live music. The place has a great atmosphere, great energy, and I love how they give you little tastes when you wait for your food. The only complaint I have is the first time I went to the new location we were seated in the front area (didn't make reservations), which still feels WAY too much like the old Petosas diner that used to occupy that building. Also, from that area you can't watch the live music! You MUST make reservations and request a table by the band. You won't be able to talk to your dinner companions because it is so loud, so get up and dance with them and burn off your food!

Pros: Great food, Fun atmosphere, Live music

Cons: Very loud when there is live music
