Needs to be more about making customer happy

Like oh we don't do that. My wing almost flew outta my hand to another table trying to I'll them apart.plus all that sauce doesnt help! But don't get me wrong the wings are fab and I love their drinks. I don't really buy the rotisserie because it's not fully cooked. The rice be hard some times. Oh and if you want to have a birthday this is not the place they give you corn bread and whip cream and it's a thin piece lol.

Not Thankful on Thanksgiving at Dallas BBQ

I went to Dallas BBQ on TG'ing to give myself a break from cooking this year and I chose them because usually I'm pretty satisfied with their meals, but this time it was horrendous. They offered turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie. The entre was a pile of slop. The turkey was diced and placed in the gravey and poured over the stuffing which made the stuffing extremely soggy and the taste was horrible. It looked like I was being fed in a homeless soup kitchen. Honestly, I did volunteer work in Soup Kitchens and I'm pretty sure they ate better than I did that day! I will never, ever in my life eat there again for Thanksgiving. Whoever cooked that meal should be fired! Shame on you Dallas BBQ. Though many plates were being turned away why did you continue to serve it. It was not up to standard for your business. I do have to say that the pumpkin pie was the only enjoyable thing brought to my table.

POOR EXCUSE FOR A SOUTHERN BAR B Q JOINT!

During my 1st visit to NYC, I cam e across this joint and decided to give it a try. BAD Decision!

The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired - kinda drab and dim.

The hostess wanted to seat me upstairs since I was dining along - I asked if the cost of my meal would be any different than the other diners and he stated it would not be so I told him I wanted to sit in the front near the window.

I order the Beef ribs and baked potato - HORRIBLE!

The ribs were not edible because they didn't pull the membrane off the ribs, so all the meat was under the membrane. I had to use my fingers to pull what little meat I could salvage from the bones - not a good look!

The 15% gratuity was included in the bill - this seems to be a standard practice in Times Square. Make sure you check you bill so you will not give them a double tip.

The best thing about this place was the drinks - they give you a 20 oz round glass.
