In Short – Since opening its doors in 1980, De Gustibus has hosted nearly every big-name chef, cookbook author, and wine authority in the country. Stop by the kitchens on the eighth floor of Macy's on any given night and you might find Mario Batali singing the praises of Tuscan cuisine or Douglas Rodriguez trumpeting the bounty of Latin America.
