This post office is HORRIBLE. The people who work here are indeed rude, lazy, and refuse to do their jobs. If you call to ask a question you get a snarky response. They rarely leave the peach slips if you miss a delivery (half the time I only find out because I track my packages online), and when you do get the peach slip and sign it to authorize them to leave it at your door they still don't. I wish I could use another post office, but unfortunately you can't. I use UPS whenever I can just so I don't have to deal with these people.

This is the absolute worst post office in Queens. They are lazy, rude, and simply don't want to be bothered with ANYTHING. We live 2 blocks away and for SOME reason our mail and packages get delivered after 4pm every day! Complaining does nothing! These people need to be reassigned or terminated!

what a joke. I have never in my whole life ever seen a post office like this one.... they lose your packages all the time . i went amost a full year with lost packages from this PO. the manager she does not want to know and tells me my address is wrong .Uf its wrong why do i get all my bills and other mail???? Then one day all the packages turn up at my doora year later. Tracking showed they were at the PO or delievered....They never leave you a pick up notice to let you know your package is in the office... there for its often sent back to the sender... I lose it every single time i go there.... they NEVER check ID to see if the package is really for you. so anyone can go in to your mail box and clam your package..... Who ever is in charge of this postoffice and i dont mean the manager of it as she really does not care about customer care at all needs to do something about this post office and give customers the service that they pay for...

DISAPPOINTMENT. I CAME TODAY TO SEND A PACKAGE AT 8:30 ; I CHECKED THE WEBSITE HOURS AND IT SAID THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 8:30. THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAID THEY OPEN AT 9. I TRIED TO LEAVE MY PREPAID PACKAGE WITH THE SERVICE, AN UNPLEASENT RUDE GUY SAID I COULDT. FOR YEARS THERE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM TO LEAVE A PACKAGE AT THE SERVICE DOOR.
