My favorite place to hang out with friends. It's like being in your own living room, with someone serving you drinks and playing music that you love. Totally unpretentious vibe.

I've never been so comfortable or had so much fun at a bar before! Each night has a different kind of music from punk, goth, reggae, Soul, 70's, 80's. Fantastic stuff - DJ's and patrons are real music lovers. This bar doesn't have a snooty attitude. All ages and types of people go there from punks to mainstream so it's really comfortable and diverse. I've gone alone and ALWAYS end up meeting new friends and having someone to talk to - no problem. Where else does that happen??!! Everyone has been really interesting with cool things going on in their lives too. Sit at the bar or on couches, play pinball, watch the cool cult films, British comedies, or HR Puffenstuf type shows on the tv screens. Inexpensive beers, potent drinks, and really tasty ice tea when you want to take it easy. Friendly staff. Raven is a great bar!
