Love the products but BEWARE THE SPA!!!. I'm a HUGE fan of Fresh (see my medicine cabinet!). But beware the Fresh ESPACE spa that just opened in their UES store. They offer your spa price redeemable in product (yay!), but the treatments are much shorter than advertised and lackluster. I got the sake rice body treatment and this 90 minute treatment ($185) was reduced to 60 minutes. The woman seemed more focused on pitching and selling the products than on giving me a quality treatment, carelessly rubbing a scrub on me in a hurry. When I complained about being cut down to 60 minutes, she showed me the brochure's fine print which said the time includes consultation time -- 30 minutes to help me choose Fresh products! Bottom line: if you are don't mind a shorter rush treatment for a high price, but walking away with tons of Fresh products, go for it!! ....but consider yourself warned.

Freshaddict. The Fresh Store on Bleecker Street in the West Village is an oasis of hedonism! You can literally find a product to suit everyone. The quality of their products are just great, I have been won over by their face creams! The manager and staff are simply fabulous. They know their products intimately and will alway take the time to explain about application and ingredients. Their gift packages are so classy! They define customer service with a smile! Sugar, Lemon, Rice, It's all great!

Heaven!. I went to the West Village store on Bleecker and Perry Sts. I went in to look around got treated like royalty by the guy that did the make up.

He was knowlegeable,patient and not at all pushy!

He allowed me to browse and offered suggestions

for gifts as well.I did 99% of my Christmas shopping there.I had everything wrapped with no problem.

The store is small and intimate and the can get busy but they are so great there!

If you want royal treatment this is the place to go for great products and a great staff to help you.

seriously fresh!. first of all, the customer service was unbelievable! the woman that helped me was so nice and so extremely helpful that just her help alone will make me want to come back. they had everything here. this place is a gal's heaven.

fresh is a fresh does. no matter which fresh store i go into they are all the same. The employees are so helpful and go you the best attention. Always a pleasure.

Everything is Fresh!. They have amazing stuff there from the body creams to the fragrances it is the best! It isn't that pricey and the products packaging is so classic...

Fresh is WHERE its at!. Try the SUGAR and SOY lines. Also the Fresh Index fragrances are one-of-a-kind and FABULOUS!

The new line of makeup has my fave bluch (Ivory Dust) of ALL Time.

Using Fresh products is good for you. The Fresh store is amazing. The presentation is clean and shopping there is a complete shopping experience. The product is at the forfront of bodycare/make up industries. It is unique, innovative and effective. I have been pleased with everything I've used.

Fresh is Fantastic. The sales staff attended to me and my daughter as if we were able to spend thousands in their store. They gave me a tour and introduced me to all of their products. Then they recommended facial products for my skin type, age, etc. They provided us with several samples so I could try before I buy. It is a great place to go
