nice lunch. A friend and I had a really nice lunch. The food was delicious - risotto was fantastic! Lovely server - attentive but not obtrusive. The room is very attractive and the noise level is reasonable.

even better than I expected. Even better than I expected. I went w/2 friends and we ordered a bottle of wine, 3 appetizers and 2 entrees to split so we could have a little of everything and they were all fantastic! I definitely would recommend this restaurant to friends."

nothing special. We had the salad, steak and pork tenderloin . All were nice, nothing blew me away, decent is a good word. our wait staff was nice and attentive enough without being overbearing, but didnt have much to comment on with the menu.

average food. The only thing going for this restauraunt is its intimate setting. The food is average and the service sub par. Wine list is poor as well.

wide selection on the menu. this place is great. 1) the food you are getting for the price is unheard of in manhattan. 2) cool decor. 3) better than rush hour.. 4) wide selection on the menu. been here twice and i think it's an awesome place

not worth it. Extremely slow service for ridiculously high prices and my meal was not what I ordered! You're paying top restaurant prices for diner food. Not worth it.

Great neighborhood place. We go to the Village regularly. Even without a reservation on a Friday evening, the hosts make sure we get seated. There is a regular menu and a bistro menu with burgers etc. We always go for the roast chicken, the best we've found in NY. There's an attractive prix fixe as well that comes with a glass of wine. It's just a nice, comfortable place with excellent food at reasonable prices.

I will definitely go back there. My friend invited me for dinner on a Friday night, made no reservations but still had a good seat. The waiter was very polite, and attentive. We had salmon, it was very fresh and delicious. The steak was so yummy in my tummy. The ambiance is nice, not too noisy which is great for a great conversation for two people. My friend ordered a red wine and I had a sparkling wine, both wines were very good as well. I will definitely go back there. Definitely bring a date with you to have fabulous food.
