Some of my co-workers raved about this place so brought a date here and gave it a try. I have gone to several steakhouses in the city as well as other states and this one does not rate high with me. It was a slow night and our waiter was not very attentive and then when I asked for one seafood platter and said "I'm going to share this with my date," the waiter said "Oh, well, I'm not sure that's allowed, I'll have to get permission from the chef." I guess it was a per-person dish but our waiter got permission for us to share but when the platter came, man was it a small portion for the price! lol Was not impressed with the steak and to be honest, I had a MUCH better meal and experience at a steakhouse by Penn Station. I still need to try Peter Luger's and the Homestead.

Horiffic experience by apathetic, discourteous, bad-mannered, disrespectful and insolent staff. This includes everyone from host to server to manager. With so many excellent steak houses in the same area, I don't understand why anyone would choose this one. Prices are slightly higher than similar steak houses and the quality of food and portion size much below that of comparable establishments. I don't understand the good reviews bestowed on this steak house. They are undeserved as this is a sub-standard steak house by any judgment.
