This is where ladies with cash to burn stop in for all the clothes you see in the pages of "Vogue," on fashion-forward shows like "Sex and the City" and on the backs of socialites everywhere. Service at this level of luxe should always be impeccable, and this boutique is no exception. Shop amid Givenchy's classic pale cream and navy blue accent colors while soaking in plush carpets, shiny banisters, expensive seating and flattering light.

The Goods
Alexander McQueen may be on his way out at this venerable fashion house, but over-the-top design bad boy Julien MacDonald's in--so expect more show-stopping clothes for seasons to come. This boutique, the only freestanding Givenchy store in the US, carries the entire ready to wear collection plus shoes, sunglasses, bags, lingerie, sharkskin power suits and floaty ball gowns. Givenchy also boasts one of the best tailors in town--her name is Angela and she's got a fan club.
