Quaint Residential Hotel with Amazing NY Prices.. The Lucerne Hotel is in a quaint residential area of upper Manhattan. Clean, almost apartment like rooms for around $200/night are incredibly reasonable. The staff is accomodating and friendly - a truly rare NYC combination. …
