The Scene – The tiny dining room--with just five tables--is pleasingly like eating in a rustic kitchen: Greek packaged foods decorate the shiny white walls, and customers bustle to and fro. The waitstaff can be brusque when it's busy, but the atmosphere is generally comfortable. – – The Food – These are simple, hearty Greek dishes with minimal frills. The appetizers, hot and cold, are especially delicious. Hot, flaky spinach pies and cheese pies burst with comforting buttery flavor, while stuffed grape leaves rouse the palate with brine. GREAT FIND!

by dineh

I have been meaning to write this and am finally doing so! We ordered every recommendation from out server--from the lush red wine through the homemade pastry of baklavah, and it was delicious. This is rustic greek cooking in a very casual but cool setting. We ate every drop of the Greek salads, the cheese triangle, and the tzatzikik w/the delicious homemade pita...mmmm. To satisfy the vegetarian in our group, we ate the cheese pie next, and it did not disappoint. Going back for more!!

  • Pros: The fooooood, service, reasonable prices!
  • Cons: Small place, go at off hours

delicious greek, quaint atmosphere,

by amihaly

I love coming here. their pastisio is warm and delicious on a cold winter's night. their greek salad is always fresh and the feta is mild. there are only 6 tables in this place, so the best time to go is not on the weekend when it's overcrowded. but on a cold monday night with hunger pains in my tummy i love coming here. also, the beat salad is perfect for something lighter.

great greek wine list too.

Avoid this

Over the top pretentiousness at this dump. We had the rudest waitress and the food was over priced and it is so small inside that you're touching elbows with the next table.

  • Pros: location
  • Cons: everything else
