This place is terrible. They lie about delivery times, the food arrives cold, and its just not that good. There are enough great Chinese restaurants in the city - this place simply isn't worth your time or money.

horrible service. no friend of mine.. i have been eating at friend house since i moved to the city 4 years ago. after my experience there tonight, i will never order delivery or order take out ever again. they constantly screw up my order. when it's delivered, it's never right and they don't care when i call to let them know. when i order in the restaurant, i stick around and open my bag to check the order because i know it's incorrect. but sticking around to make sure i leave with what i ordered isn't what bugs me. spending $15 for a salmon avocado roll and seaweed salad (way too much money) isn't what aggravates me. what i disklike about this restaurant and what has driven me to this point of vowing not to go back is that they don't care about service. you'd think that after showing up at least once a week in my gym clothes to order the same dinner for the last year would mean that they'd finally get the order right. no way. and when you call them out, they don't care. they are no friend of mine unless i want some greasy pad thai and i'm eating in the restaurant. don't waste your time dining in or ordering to go.

Good eats. Been ordering from this place for a few years. Food is always great and the delivery is quick. I have not been to their new location on the corner of 3rd Ave and 13th St but looks nice from the outside.

The server kept us comfortable and brought over tea several times plus free edamame.I will certainly visit next time I go back to NYC.Thanks,

Good Food, annoying furniture. food's good, nothing amazing or memorable. I came here for the first time on a double date with friends on a friday night. I was really looking to sit down and savor my food after a long week. I'm vegetarian and felt the options were hard to find and when I asked the server about 2 of the dishes, he couldn't even tell me what was in the dish. He seemed aggravated and another server who asked about drinks was very short with us.

HORRIFIC service, repulsive food. ok, so i've been going here for the last 6 months and consistently the food quality has dropped - as consistent as the woman who answer the phone becomes more and more rude.

tonight was the last straw. i ordered broccoli in garlic sauce and found not only one, but three hairs in the broccoli. i rang up and told her what had happened and she said, "there was no hair in your food". i was livid. how could she know? anyway, after getting hung up on every single time i called, i had to block my caller id so i could speak to a manager, who i never got to because she suspected it was me and disconnected the call.

this place needs to be shut down and she needs to be fired for her horrific behavior and terrible attitude.

disgusting. I have eaten food from this restaurant many times. Usually it is acceptable, if a bit sweet. It usually seems at least to be clean Chinese food, and slightly less oily than your average Chinese take-out restaurant. However, this evening I called and order MuShu Pork, and when it came it was absolutely disgusting. The pork pieces were extremely fatty, and there were two or three pieces that were massive, like 2 inches by 3 inches, oddly discolored. I stopped eating the food and suddenly felt a bit sick to my stomach.

After calling the restaurant to alert them to what I had experienced they acted like it was nothing, and offered a five dollar credit. I asked, is that how much Mu Shu Pork costs? The woman put me on hold with a very rude tone, and then came back and very matter of factly said, ok we will credit you the full amount. And then promptly hung up on me.

DELICOUS FOOD!!!! BEST GENERAL TSO's ANYWHERE. Fabulous Food! I just moved to NY and this is the best Chinese/Asian I have found yet....and I am very picky with this kind of food. I ordered the General Tso's chicken (Sweet, Spicy, crunchy....exactly right) and loved it so much I went two nights in a row AND am sitting here writing a review. I have never written a restaurant review. The atmosphere is nice....kind of a mod Asian decor and small intimate tables. The only part of the experience I have had problems with both times is the staff. I felt rushed near the end of both meals with the check being brought to me before I was even finished eating. I find that a big turn off. I like to sit and enjoy my meal and glass of wine. Other than that, it is my favorite restaurant in NYC right now=-)

cheap asian fare.... better than takeout, nothing special, but cheap and yummy for what it is. the service is always fine, the food is standard asian food... the chinese food is definitely better than the sushi, and the drinks are good.
