Editorial Review for The Bridge: Cinema De Lux – by Jordana Brown
In Short
The Bridge is the brainchild of CineBridge Ventures, a company that aims to revolutionize the cinema experience. Starting with a super-cool design scheme that borrows from futuristic '60s mod and hotel-lobby chic, this luxurious multiplex adds upscale dining and splashy cocktails into the moviegoing mix. Inside the 106,000-square-foot center are 17 enormous screens, complete with stadium seats and moveable armrests so you can snuggle with your honey.

I had to make a business call to this place asking for show times and the manager told me he would slit my throat if I ever called back again. I'm not joking, my entire office was astounded. I have never experienced such rudeness from anyone before. I have never been to the bridge but with management like that I wouldn't recomend it.

First, regardless of what day or time it is, you're going to pay $2 to park your car when parking is FREE pretty much everywhere else. Then, if you're a first time visitor, you don't know how much you're paying because they don't list the prices at the line. It's not until you get the tickets that you realize they just charged you $14.50 for regular adult admission per ticket on a weeknight. WTF!!!!? And mind you, this is to watch a movie not in IMAX but in one of their average theater rooms—and I mean smaller-average screens. Save your money. There are plenty of better value theaters in LA.
