courteous, professional and attentive. The service team was courteous, professional and attentive. The problem with my trunk, however (does not close properly), still persists. Although the technician did not find anything wrong when he opened and closed it (many times) that day, yesterday and last weekend the trunk would not stay latched. It opened by itself after manually closing it (it was empty so there was nothing in its way).

Much better service experience this time. Much better service experience this time - though they said the car would be washed after being serviced and it was not. All in all, a better result than the last time I used Manhattan Volvo for a service. I had an XC90 then. Manhattan Volvo left parts of the engine disassembled -- which I did not discover until taking it to a dealer in CT where I was because it was not running well the day after being serviced. I ended up taking the car to Mitchell Volvo in Torrington, CT to get it serviced correctly. This was my first time back at Manhattan Volvo after that prior experience.

This level of service is a significant improvement. Joe Barros was great. This level of service is a significant improvement from what I have expereinced in the past and makes me more likely to look to landrover manhattan for my next purchase. Thank you Joe
