Know Before You GoThe kitchen stays open till 12am during the week, 1am on weekends.
Save MoneyThe bar discounts its specialty martinis by half between 4pm and 8pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays between 5pm and 10pm.
When to GoLadies should make a point of visiting on Wednesdays, when martinis are half-price and pitchers of margaritas, sangria and mojitos are $20 for all girls until 10pm.

I've been going to Kanvas for a few years now and its always a good time ... I organized about 10 friends and headed down on July 3rd and it was closed. Brown paper on the windows with a permit for electrical/plumbing work in the window ... not sure if its permanent or temporary but thought I should post. we ended up going to their other location, Latitude since I wasn't familiar with the area.
Pros: happy hour, service
Cons: not an up to date website.

Really great for Happy Hour with friends after work. Delicious appetizers, great service and even free samples/drinks when there are promoters in the bar! The space is nice and outdoor tables are a plus. The music is good and the bar draws a pretty decent crowd. Come with good friends/coworkers and you'll have a blast!
Pros: Happy Hour specials, music, outdoor space, appetizers
Cons: None to speak of!
