didnt need the attitude. Although this place is gorgeous the ppl who work there need some work while the first girl there was nice the one who checked me out clearly got an attitude cos I didnt want to purchase their wax package.

Also I was nervous since it was a new place new waxer my friend recommended them but I dont know. The lady seemed nice at first but then got kinda testy with me bc I moved and the ouchless wax got caught and I guess this was a problem. by the way not so Ouchless. actually it was more painful than the regular wax. Also I guess I accidentially moved my leg and hit her and she was like thats my chest there so please be careful. If anyone has ever had a brazilian then you know u have ur legs spread wide open and with that amount of pain its hard not to move unless u like that kind of pain I do not. Also she kept saying that I shouldnt move well Im trying lady its tough and it hurts! I doubt ill be back because of the attitude but atleast the place is clean and sanitary and they use multiple sticks not the same one which is really what you are supposed to do. Also they told me one price on the phone and then it was a whole other price when I paid. I also had to cancel my initial appt and Im hoping they kept true to their word that they arent going to charge me full service price which by the way is ridiculous things happen and well its not a doctors appt or something hmmmmmm Dana I am glad u like it but I do not! hope they are better at laser appts cos thats really scary

Worth the money!!!. My daughter and I have been going to the 5th Ave. location for quite some time. I have never met a more gracious, caring of thoughtful staff. This obviously radiates from the owner on down. From the moment you enter it is comfortable and calming. The space is immaculate and well maintained. They are leaders in facial department and offer so many wonderful options. My daughter is struggling with skin issues, they offer a great facial with LED treatment that made a huge improvement from the first day. We are completely devoted to Cindy and her staff.

Great place but don't waste your money on the bikini wax..... Completely Bare is a very nice place -- the spa is extremely clean and their staff are professional and friendly. I've been once before to have a Brazilian wax (which I ended up not being able to get through) so this time around I opted for the bikini wax. Don't waste your money on a bikini wax because they practically take nothing off. If you're a wimp like me, opt for the modified Brazilian, pay almost the same price (about 7 dollars difference) and actually get a waxing worth going for.

Really great experience. I just moved to nyc and i was desperately looking for a good place to get a brazilian. I was really nervous bc i've heard about all the bad experiences people have had going to random places so i was asking around and my friend told me she goes to cb spa. So i went and tried it out and i couldn't imagine going ANYWHERE else to get a brazilian wax! The technician who waxed me was so sweet and was actually really cool to talk to during the whole thing. The wax hardly hurts at all atleast compared to other places and it was so quick! I was in and out in 25-30 min. and the wax job was great..I highly reccomend to go here if you're looking for a quick and comfortable wax :))

Best laser hair removal. After waxing for years, I decided to try laser hair removal at completely bare and it's been the best decision i've ever made! They're super nice here, and everything is really clean. I've been going to the location on 5th ave, but have just recently switched to the new location on Bond St. because it's closer to home. Every singe person that's treated me have always been nothing but polite, professional and caring. My results have been amazing- I bearly have to shave and I'm only half way done with my treatment. I highly recommend them!

Bad brazilian!. What a disappointment. If I didn't purchase a package deal, I would not return to this location. Why is it so hard to hire staff who knows what they are doing??? For the $ you pay, it should be perfect.

Best Wax in NY!!. If you've ever been waxed before, then you know how horrible the experience can be ... well not at Completely Bare!! My best friend goes there regularly for her brazilian waxes or as they call it a "Completely Bare" wax (how cute?!) ... she's been telling me about it for the longest time so finally i made myself an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was so peaceful.. The girl who waxed me was extra gentle and really made me feel comfortable, unlike most of the places ive been before. Overall, it wax quick and easy and i felt at ease in my bikini for July 4th... I will definitely be back!!!

The Best. I've been getting bikini waxes for years, but have never been totally pleased with the results. Until now. I've heard about Completely Bare through friends and magazines, and the wonderful things said do not do them justice. IT WAS AMAZING. Everyone there is so nice and professional. The girl that I had was so cool. It was by far the least painful wax I've ever had and it lasted way longer than most do. I'm definitely not going anywhere else!

great experience...highly recommended. i came here for a brazilian wax, i have heard about this place through a couple of co workers and also seen a few write ups in random magazine articles. i'll usually try anywhere since i don't really have a preference to anywhere else. the girl that did the wax was awesome. from the minute she introduced herself i was at ease. they had a tv in the ceiling ("charlies angels" was on) which helped keep me distracted, but she kept the conversation flowing the entire time so i was never uncomfortable at any point. i noticed they didn't double dip the wax sticks either. i was impressed with how thorough they are, no hair got left behind, and when she finished she thanked me for being "such a great client", which i thought was nice. i'll definitely go back for my next brazilian. hands down, best wax experience i've had.
