The Scene
The daughter and sister of barbers, Kathleen Giordano grew up learning the trade; as a model and actress, she saw first-hand the importance of good grooming. But inspiration really struck when she noticed how many busy male executives would call at the last minute to cancel appointments at her Wall Street salon. If men couldn't make time for a cut, Giordano decided, then she would bring the cut to them.
The Services
Available for men and in-office only, Giordano offers quality, stylish cuts in about 45 minutes. Punctual and well-dressed, she arrives wielding a briefcase stocked with scissors, styling products, razor and blow dryer. With her professional, unobtrusive manner, Giordano works on executives as they conduct meetings, talk on the phone or eat lunch, and has also been hired by companies for full-day in-office styling.
