A Superb Therapist!.
Several weeks ago, I had an amazing massage from a therapist names Paula. It was a "side by side " as we were a couple and Paula gave one of the strongest massages ever. I walked out of there feeling like every muscle of my being was awakened! Just fabulous...
Not sure what her shifts or hours are there, but I strongly suggest that she be asked for as I will when I book again.

Professionalism in Westchester.
A few weeks ago I was going through some turmoil in my life. I decided to treat myself to a spa service. I wanted a massage and facial, however due to such short notice a massage was not available. The receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. I booked my facial with Jen D.
Immediately upon looking at my face she realized that my skin was irritated due to a stressful situation. I was impressed by that and explained that I was crying quite a bit lately.
She instantly told me that if I felt like I needed to cry while the facial was being performed that it was fine with her. She also asked me if I felt like talking about the situation. I thought I did not want to talk about it, but once I started I could not stop.
I just have to say that the facial I received was the most healing and rejuvenating services I have ever experienced. I felt a bit "lighter" leaving the spa.
Also, every staff member I came into contact with was so helpful, friendly and professional.
I will be coming back to Oasis sooner than later!
Very Disappointed. Myself and other bridesmaids planned a Bachelorette Party here for our friend who was getting married. We booked the party room along with our services months in advance and were very excited for the event. We were exteremly disappointed for several reason's. First the spa had no heat so we had to walk around in bath robe's freezing our butts off. In my opinion we should have been called ahead of time and told about the condition's in the spa and should have been allowed to cancel our event if we felt that the cold was going to bother us. Secondly we had reserved a "party" room at $25 a girl and were not allowed to use it until after everyone's service was complete. So girls were forced to sit around the spa until the room opened up. Also we were only given Snapples, wraps and a cheese platter. We weren't even offered bottled water!! We expressed our concerns to the owner who than responded by handing us a $50.00 dollar off coupon if we spend $500.00 or more. Really!!! I feel that other girls who are thinking about hosting a party here should know that the party room is not worth the price you pay and the people who work there can be very RUDE!
Review does not reflect REAL circumstances. Due to blizzard on Friday the bldg lost power & did not come back on till Sat morning. Since boiler was warming up we had space heaters in every room. Heat was not an issue with other 90 guests that day. Event room was set & ready for group who came in just 15 min. before appt's & had to immediately get ready. The party went & sat in relaxation room despite us advising they could use event room- they misunderstood & stayed in relaxation room. Oasis is a green spa, we offer filtered lemon water with Snapple's. Vouchers given the party were for credit off their next service, w/ no restrictions. Group was also upset because we did not allow them to smoke cigarettes in spa, c'mon now cigarettes in a spa? Our staff always polite could do nothing to make this group of immature young ladies happy. I called the bride to speak with her, offered a complimentary service but got voicemail. I agree. Customer Service is sorely lacking!. My boyfriend, offered to purchase a massage appointment for his visiting mother and sister. I chose Oasis because I had been to there former Union Square location and I didn't want to take the time to research. I made the appointments via phone. My boyfriend gets on the phone to confirm the use of his credit card for the gift certificates. We make it clear that these appointments were a gift to his family and they should not be expected to pay for anything. Oasis said they would fax over an authorization form for my boyfriend to sign and fax back. Well, hours later that didn't happened. I called again. They said I could write an email detailing everything. I did. I followed up. They said everything was okay. I asked them to run the card and get payment out of the way. They said they would fax over a receipt. They didn't. I called and they said they were very busy and the receipt would be given to the client. I explained that was unacceptable. At this point I wanted to cancel, but the family already were told and given the address. I didn't want to disappoint so I told the family to get the receipt. Well, on the day of the appointment my boyfriend gets a frantic call from his mother stating that the card was declined. Turns out the card wasn't declined for lack of funds, but because the receptionist keep entering a wrong digit. Too much stress for an overpriced massage
Please accept my sincere apology for any error our reception staff committed during the crazy Valentine's Day Weekend. I am so proud of the great work our dedicated staff did in accommodating the hundreds of phone/fax orders we received- as well as many walk-ins. That does not make you feel any better that you were one of only two problems in over 800 transactions processed those 2 days. Every customer experience is critically important to us, & we feel horrible you received less than the great service Oasis is known for. Our phones, fax & walk-in business was happily very busy by the sheer number of transactions. I am not making any excuses for the problem you experienced, only a mea culpa asking you forgive my staff for a human error that happens on rare occasion. I cannot tell you how dedicated a group they are to providing exceptional customer service. I hope you will contact me personally so I can make it up to you. Thanks for your understanding.

My name is Steve and this past Saturday I sent my girlfriend Samantha
and 11 of her Friends to your Spa for a relaxation day and NYC Spa
experience for her Birthday.. My good friend Stephanie helped me
coordinate the event, and basically handled all dealings with you
guys. Stephanie only had very good things to say about Heather, and
that was appreciated.
My impression of your spa and the experience that your guests are able
to enjoy was stellar. I wanted to personally add how sweet and
helpful Heather was during the finalization of appointments, and
payment. Heather truly displayed great customer service and will
definitely be the person who I would want to deal with again. Oasis
made Samantha and her party feel wonderful, and I wanted to thank you
personally for accommodating such a large party. Lastly, and most
importantly wanted to thank you for helping me give Samantha a 25th
Birthday she will never forget.

Amazing Spa- Great Massages. Have gone to Oasis twice and received a mobile massage from them- they are truly amazing massage therapists and the owner Bruce is great!

Great facials. I've been going to Oasis for a few years and have seen a couple different aestheticians for facials. I must say that Evelyn is by far the best. Not only does my skin look absolutely amazing after I see her, but she always has honest and helpful advice about how to improve the condition of my skin at home. Not to mention, her facial is more relaxing and therapeutic than any massage I've ever had at Oasis or elsewhere. I wish I could go once a month!

Just wonderful!. My sister and I took advantage of every Spa Week special we could manage, and went to 7 spa's in the span of a week and half. Oasis was one of the 2 spa's that actually felt like a REAL spa experience (the other one was Clay Spa on 14th). Even tho the place was completely packed, we didn't feel rushed, the facilities were pristine, and the staff was professional and courteous. We wanted to take advantage of every offer, so I had a massage and a body wrap, and my sister had a facial and a massage. We were there for literally half a day and nobody rushed us out. Our treatments were done in full without a minute less. Hala is THE BEST, you have to get your body treatments at Oasis with HALA! I've never had a body wrap before and she just made it sooooooo relaxing and I was just in heaven. I talked to another customer in the relaxation lounge in between treatments and they said I should come during the week when the place isn't so crowded and I will definitely do that especially when they have weekly specials. Good job Oasis!
