Oasis Day Spa on Park Ave is our largest location, its' beautiful architecture is perfect for bridal and private parties. Our private event space fits up to 30 people and it is ideal for sharing the spa experience with friends. This location also features a hair and nail salon, with Hair by Carmine Fischetti. Our spa services include relaxing massage, skin care including facials and scrubs, nail care, eyelash extensions, waxing, hydrotherapy, as well as men's services. Couples massage and skin treatments are offered here so clients can relax with their significant others.
Oasis is the leading on-site chair massage company in the nation. We provide services to trade shows throughout the country, corporate offices and health fairs, events, outings, parties, private homes and practically anywhere. We carry a variety of skincare and bath and body products that can be ordered online.

This Oasis location reads like a spa-goer's wish list: large, well-stocked locker areas (with steam and sauna); comfy, dim lounge; spacious treatment rooms, including space for floor-mat Thai massage; meeting room for parties, yoga, meditation and mat Pilates; and an on-site hair salon.
The Services
Many of the local chain's favorites are offered, including 10 effective facials (using Dermologica and G.M. Collin products), countless skin care add-ons, body scrubs with Vichy shower, wraps, and 11 excellent massage styles, including Lava Stone, Muscle Meltdown with heat and aromatherapy. Payot treatments--citrus body exfoliations, pink clay wraps, mineral clay and gemstone exfoliations--nourish and moisturize the skin. Treatments such as traditional Thai massage (with one of the medium's best practitioners), yoga, acupuncture and mani/pedis are unique to this location.

If you are like me and seek first-class customer service from business your patronize, Oasis on Park may not be for your. Unlike other establishments in the same industry, Oasis' only concern is making a profit and places no value on building and cherishing relations with former customers. In all my years of living in NYC, I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner and would not wish such treatment on my worse enemy.

Years ago, I found a lovely spa on irving--oasis. Since then the place expanded and with that has lost its charm and cleanliness! The service is good, but you pay for an experience. Now you feel like a number in a factory. Most disappointing is the lack of cleanliness in the showers and locker room. Equally annoying is the fact that it is hard to find a locker because of the crowd and the fact that housekeeping uses them for storage. Given the choices in nyc, it would take a lot to get me back.

The spa is truly lovely - my facial ended 10 minutes earlier then it was supposed to and at least 15 minutes of my facial I was left in the room with a treatment on my face. Huge pet peeve during a facial. When I told their staff about my shortened facial they did not care at all. I reluctantly have been there since, each time their front desk service was delivered the same level of service to me as if I were calling to get an appointment to service my car. For such a lovely place, their service staff really needs to check themselves and understand that a spa is where people go and pay money to be pampered from the strees of everyday life. The objective here is to service the customer and make them feel wonderful, especially so they'll want to come back. Whoever manages that spa needs to attend leadership in customer service 101 again. In this economy when people really don't have the money to spend on a spa, service really costs nothing. Today after yet another frustrating conversation with one of their "appointment reps" I'm done with Oasis. I've spent enough money there and time writing this review. What a shame.
