Breathtaking Flowers!. Luis Collazo (the artistic force behind Lotus) has an uncanny ability to create the most exciting, vibrant and gorgeous arrangements that you will ever see. I have gotten several arrangements from Lotus in the past and each time I am completely blown away. Let's just say I have been known to spend an entire roll of film capturing an arrangement.

I highly recommend Lotus for your events. They are perfectionists and extremely talented at creating magical environments for everything from weddings to product launches and beyond.

Most unique flowers in the city. Luis is fabulous. A true artist. Whenever I order an arrangement, my recipient is overwhelmed. Always so unique. If you want to knock somebody out- call Lotus, and your flowers will be the talk of the year. Last year I had a Christmas party in my loft, and Luis created such a magical decor, that my friends still talk about it. If you are planning a party or wedding- Lotus flowers will be the shinning star.

A florist who is truly an artist.. The Scene
This small store set on an angle is packed with exotic flora. The staff is always eager to help you create your anything-but-ordinary custom arrangement.

The Goods
Lotus specializes in rare tropical blossoms, arranged in styles worthy of an art exhibition. Designer Luis Collazo cites the work of Henri Matisse, Diego Rivera and Mark Rothko as inspiration. The blossoms here are the kind that are architectural centerpieces in and of themselves and are sometimes best left to their own devices--you only need a stem or two to make a powerful statement.

4 STARS. EXQUISITE AND CREATIVE, WITH AN ENORMOUS SENSE OF COLOR AND STYLE. I USE THEM AT LEAST 3 TIMES A MONTH.

Always Wow. I'm really surprised about the previous review. I always use Lotus, and they never do me wrong. They do amazing things with flowers - artistic creations - and are always great to deal with. I've been working with them for 3 years now and they never let me down, I give them a budget, tell them what the receiver likes, and leave it up to them. Then, I just wait for the compliments to roll in - I always look good.

Dead flowers and csr svc. If you're not Jennifer Lopez or Donald Trump, then you are clearly not on Lotus's A list for customer service. I ordered roses for my girlfriend to be delivered at 10am to her office but instead, they arrived 8pm the night before, well after she had left for the day. As a result, she was welcomed with a dz DEAD long stem red roses on her desk the next morning. When I called Luis, the owner of the florist, he indicated that the situation would be rectified immediately. Well immediately for him was 3 1/2 hours later and while the roses were replaced, they were not as well presented as the first arrangement. Furthermore, he refused to credit me for their mistakle. Don't believe the hype about this place. There are florists out there that have a comparable product and actually care about their "non-celeb" customers.
