Tons of insights and useful information

They went above and beyond the call of duty by training our staff how to scan and email documents and they were very friendly about it. They help with updating our website and they come to our office on a regular basis to make sure we are happy...Oh, did I mention that they do an excellent job with the billing too?

We searched for and interviewed three local billing companies. Fortunately, Millennium was one of them, they are a HUGE step up from our last billing company.

It feels like a friendship

They are always there to answer the phone when you need them. It says a lot about a company when the owner is the one you are speaking to when you call. I love that they don't outsource their phones to other countries - when I call them I get them directly at their office.

Roxana and Andy are friendly, personable, and most of all great at what they do. I plan on being a long-time client of Millennium Medical Billing.
