Not a happy customer!

Very disappointed. Poor Customer Service. Very Pricey Bras. In addition...they will charge you 35.00 if you take too long to purchase a bra ... a Consultation FEE. Ha! The lady that sized me didn't even measure around my breasts. I would never go back and the best part is ...that I will get better service online or trying on bras by myself.

They treat their bras like bridal gowns-Not Self Service!

They should be more concerned with making a customer comfortable and happy.

What a great store!

Hi--We are WOB's. Just to let you know that we keep an enormous inventory and spend a lot of time fitting our customers. If we weren't there to guide and fit people correctly, they would be completely lost. All sales are final due to many reasons, especially sanitary reasons. Try going to Wal Mart and see if they have professional bra fitters. We can't satisfy everyone, even if we gave the merchandise away for free.
