Horrible experience!!! I have never been treated like this in any boutique I have ever been to! Owner Anna is so rude and conniving. She took full payment on a dress she told me she would order for me for my daughters wedding. I placed the order in January. She called that my dress was in February, turns out it was the same sample dress I tried on. When I confronted her about it and all the missing beads, she told me that's how new dresses come in. I wanted a bolero made as well and when asked about the extra material, she said she still needed to look into it. Bottom line she delayed me until April. My daughters wedding is June 1. Even her employee confirmed that she was trying to pass off the sample dress as a new one! What horrible customer service! She did not care and even laughed at my health problems I am having. Instead of having good customer service, being that it is her business, she hit below the belt. Wouldn't even call the vendor or try to work with me. I asked for a refund and she threw my credit card at me! Luckily I disputed it with my card company. Turns out she was billing under a different store name, " Daniela's Boutique". I should have listened to my gut instinct with this woman! Don't trust her or anything she says! It took me a while to find a store that was able to even order a dress with such little time remaining. Because of such late notice, I had to pay a large penalty to rush ship a dress that will come in a couple days before my daughters wedding. I am still waiting for it to come in and I have sleepless nights because of all this stress. Beware of this place, RED FLAG! Save yourself the aggravation!

I was searching for a gown for my daughters wedding, I've been tired of seeing the same styles in every store. As i was driving threw Westwood Avenue, i saw this beautiful window that caught my attention. The gowns on display looked very unique and glamorous. As i looked up to see what the name of the store was i realized it was a European name, Donna Moda, so i was more intrigued by it. I wanted to go in .As i walked in I was very impressed of the welcoming i received from the staff and owner of the store. Let me just say the selection was very wide and different. I was happy to be able, not only to find what i was looking for, but also able to customize my gown to my needs as i found out they do custom designs on premises. With the help and suggestions of Anna C. We created this timeless elegant gown. I felt beautiful in it. At the wedding i was complemented by everyone. I want to thank you Anna not only for doing a fantastic job, but also to make me feel and look the best! So thank you and ill definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

First of all, the owner is incredibly pushy and borderline nasty. Second of all, after we found two dresses and agreed on the price, she wouldn't let us pick them up unless we paid with CASH (over $1,000) and then hit us with extra charges for alterations, AFTER we agreed on the alteration cost! If you do go and find something you like, make sure you bargain - she lowered the prices by more than 60%! Wonder how many people got ripped off by this place....

The fabulous designer Anna C is not only a beautiful designer, owner, entrepreneur but she makes you feel like a rock star. We love this boutique and it’s fashion. Horrible experience!. The worst! Nothing but stress! I would NEVER recommend this shop. Save yourself the aggrevation and heartache. Don't let this shop ruin your special day. They have done it again and again!

Most exclusive designs in Bergen County!!!. After shopping intensively as a Mother of the Bride, I found Donna Moda to be the most exclusive and one of a kind compared to other boutiques. I was able to customize my gown to my needs. The owner Anna is very easy to work with and she was able to point me in the right direction. Love the store, and I highly recommend it!

Let me just say that this place is the BEST!!!. Let me just say that this place is the BEST!!! Donna Moda in Westwood NJ has a huge selection and some absolutely gorgeous designs. I didn't even waste my time looking all over New Jersey, I have my son's Bar Mitzvah coming up and I knew right where to go. I have shopped at Donna Moda in the past and even taken my mother and daughter there to get dresses. With their selection and level of service it is hard to go anywhere else. I am in love with this store, I wish someone would have another big event soon so I could have a reason to get another dress.

I just got my dress today and I am so EXCITED. I was soooo nervous about getting a dress for my daughter's wedding, being the mother of the groom is a big deal in my family. Fortunately, Donna Moda had a huge selection and the store owner, Anna, was very helpful in helping me find what looked best for my body type.

My wife LOVES this place!. So, I decided to surprise my wife by treating her to a new elegant dress for an upcoming event. This is not a common thing for us so I was nervous. I must say that our visit Donna Moda, in Westwood NJ, was picture perfect. Anna Cianni was very knowledgeable and helped my wife find a beautiful dress. We are so happy and my wife is so excited about this event now....Next, I am taking my mom to get her Mother-of-the-Bride dress, YEAH!

Wonderful Unique Custom Boutique!. My custom made gown was the talk of the affair! No one could believe that that I could have such a unique beautiful gown made that fit me to a 'T'. Designer staff were wonderful in helping me decide on the type of design that would best suit me, the fabric and color. Thank you Donna Moda!
