So Dissapointed. Ruined My trip. From the beggining they said My room was not available and offered me a different room, I offered to wait but they said I couldn't, but later that day they gave the room I reserved to another friend staying there.

After I checked out, they accused us of smoking in the room, and charged us $250. NO ONE in my party smokes!! It was either fixed by the cleaning people or by the managers, i requested pictures and they never supplied anything i can see clearly (they faxed me some, but i could not see them, and they refused to email them).

They ended up keeping a hardworking 24yr old's cash.

Very Nice. I stayed her last summer and it was a very pleasant stay. It was right next to the bus stop going into the city. The lobby was very nice. The staff (especially front desk and bartender) were very friendly and helpful. The hottub wasnt hot enough so all we did was ask and they had it fixed. The rooms were nothing special but had everything we needed. THey were clean. The pool was small but never crowded. The restaurant was good but way overpriced. I thought it was a great place to stay if you wanted to be close to the city. Overall it was lovely and I would go back anytime.
