RUN AWAY FROM HERE WILL RUIN YOU

I am updating my previous review, I had went to Mad One Jacks for a cut in June when August rolled around I really needed color and did not have time to wait for an appointment with my colorist in the city BIG MISTAKE got an appointment with Jack told him I wanted my roots lightened I wanted to be bombshell blonde etc etc match my ends I basically said he bleached my roots then the rest of my hair he was not watching it carefully enough I knew it when they washed out the bleach oh and by the way the AC was broken it was 95 degrees out just imagine how hot it was with burning bleach I looked in the mirror and my hair was so white it was partially gray and silver it was the worst color EVER and all the work I had put into getting it in better condition totally went down the toilet it was destroyed I couldnt walk out of there so I toldhim to fix it they put a toner so on it was a tad better still awful! to this day now my hair color is awful and I have to let it grow a little bit before my other colorist can touch it thats how much damage he did DO NOT GO HERE

Chris and Maira made me gorgeous!

So if anybody has a really special occasion or just wants to look amazing, go to Jacks and get pampered by Chris and Maira. Maira not only gave me incredible highlights that gave me compliments for weeks, but it looked so natural that people were saying "your hair color is amazing" clearly thinking it was my own! I then got a cut from Chris that was like none I've ever had. I feel like a good cut is worth it's weight in gold and this cut was amazing, I have to do nothing and my hair looks better than it ever has. I'm going back again and again...maybe I shouldn't have told anybody about them, don't want to have them mobbed and not be able to get an appointment!

Best Cut

I've been to Mad One a few times now and it's by far the best place I've been to. The entire staff is attentive and fun. Christopher cuts my hair, he listens to your ideas while suggesting his, a perfect combination. The entertaining staff and overall quality makes getting a haircut at Mad One an all together enjoyable experience...
