Contact. It is very annoying that a big store like Best Buy in West Paterson would have a fax number 8772119810 as a main phone number what a shame...does this store has a Manager? what does it say abut customer care????

terrible customer service. i place an order with best buy on black friday. the package was shipped to the wrong address and the items were returned to best buy. when i asked to repurchase the package, they would not honor the sale prices. the representative was very rude and i never received the call back I had requested.
