This facility supposedly has three levels: independent living, assisted living, and an Alzheimer's unit. However, there is no distinction betweed independent and assisted living and many newcomers who should be in assisted living instead are being assigned to independent living to fill empty apartments. As a result the place is full of walkers and wheel chairs and looks like a nursing home. The food is not as good as it formerly was and there is obvious cost cutting in that areas as well as others, while already high rentals are increased 4% a year.
