WORST EVER

DON'T GET YOUR EYE EXAM HERE or CONTACTS....YOU ALL WILL REGRET IT!..TAKE MY STUPID ADVICE...SERIOUSLY...

I agree with this person before, I ordered contacts they told me it was $250.00 we had to pay upfrontso they can order it big mistake... I couldnt see through the trials or the original lens, they told me I need to get adjusted to them but to no avail they were fuzzy and I couldnt read with them so I gave it 2-3-5 days tops..still was fuzzy..I couldnt read signs on the wall..or even a book..after they assured me if I wanted it changed come back ..I did! then the next test the doctor didnt help ( he never let me read the fine print on the first eye test, and this test he let me read it....THE trials were worst than ever! I almost got knocked down by a car in my second trials...so the I went back and told the doctor this pair is worst...so he said...well i guess u have top go with the first pair...what a crappy doctor! ROBBERY!....., they said If I want perfect vision I have to pay an extra $200.00...WHAT???!! If I knew that was the price I wont have been at this place. The doctor > Dr. Baxter didnt even give me a thorough eye exam..he assumed my astigmatism won't affect me..WHAT??!! He cant assume that! I dont know what game these people play to get unsuspecting customers to let them pay more...thats not all > I ordered COLOURED contacts..THE LEFT CONTACT LENS IS BIGGER THAN THE RIGHT ONE...IT falls down constantly to the edge of my eye. I LOOK CROSS EYED!! The doctor and the sales rep. said they saw nothing wrong..and everybody else said...WHAT THE HELL.....YOU LOOK CROSSEYED! oooooo im so angry! SUMMARY.. MISLEADING, WRONG PRESCRIPTION GIVEN, POOR QUALITY OF CONTACTS, AND A VERY SNOBBY DOCTOR...I just wish I was more demanding....Now I lost all my money and I have to throw away these contacts, spend more money to redo eye exam, buy contacts..because they say ITS NON-REFUNDABLE!!

Horrible Place

I went to this store looking for a brand name pair of sunglasses. From what I saw on display they had a nice selection, but the only problem is that the females that work there are not there to assist you. I didn't get the name of the one that was supposely assisting me, but she was the youngest looking one out the crew. They were to busy talking to each other and putting stuff away and little do they know thanks to them this store lost a customer that was ready to spend $500 for a nice pair of sunglasses. I will never buy anything from this store.

These stores in the Bronx need to train their ghetto staff customer service skills. The economy is not good at all and they're losing customers which equals sales, and then they have the nerve to complain.

Horrible

The reps were very helpful, but misleading. They told me the glasses I was buying was a great quality. Within a year of buying it, it broke. I have astigmatism, so I also bought a pair of contacts which cost $500 .. my contacts ended up ripping within that same year I bought my glasses. I went to a different optical place and asked how much their contacts and glasses were. It ended up with me realizing vision quest optical RIPPED ME OFF BADLY!!!! I bought new glasses and contacts at the other optical place for 75% less and for greater lasting quality!!!! Please do not shop at vision quest optical if you're looking for quality glasses or contacts!!!!!!!!
