I have some very expensive rugs that I take excellent care of. When it was time to have them cleaned by Manhattan Carpets. After speaking with them over the phone about my rug I got to understand their level of knowledge. I really trust them with my rug because they really know their stuff.

Our carpet started to fold in certain areas and this cause waves that you could feel when you walk. So I did some research and found out about Manhattan Carpets carpet repair services. After talking with them on the phone and describing my problem, I was able to setup an appointment to have it fixed. They came over and re-stretched my carpet so the waves were smoothed out. That is exactly what I wanted.

I was worried that my damaged rug was not repairable, but when I spoke with the technician at Manhattan Carpets I was put at ease. The damage I described was repairable so I took my rug in and had it repaired. They left my rug looking perfect.

I love the work they did on my carpets. Many of our rooms are carpeted and we get lots of foot traffic. I like to entertain often so we get occasional spills. So I have my carpet cleaned by Manhattan Carpets several times a year. I'm always satisfied with their work.

I highly recommend their upholstery cleaning!. I have a room that I barely use and I try to keep my furniture really clean in that room but over the years it had become a little soiled. Manhattan carpets was recommended by a neighbor and so I called them and arranged to have them come over and clean my furniture.

Now that I see how good the work is I plan on doing it more often. The room just smells more fresh and the colors on my upholstery are brighter. Recommended 100%.

Really good at pet stain removal. I have 4 Assie's and it is hard to keep track of which one is making a mess on our carpet. I know that with dogs it is not just about removing the visible stain, you have to remove the smell to keep them coming back to it. So I hired the guys at Manhattan Carpets and they did a splendid job! Apparently my dogs think so too, since they have not marked that spot since.

Exceptional Services!. Finally a company I can rely on who's key objective is to clean effectively while using all organic biodegradable products. Going green is a way of forward thinking for a better environment, not only within your home but for the entire world

Freshly cleaned house. My mom is not getting any younger and the small things in life are starting to become more difficult for her. So the day before her gin rummy get together she was to host at her place. I called these guys to come clean her carpets, furniture, and antique dining room chairs. She was so pleased to greet her friends into a freshly cleaned house. They did a wonderful job.

Friendly and professional. Friendly and professional service providers that work around your schedule.

It's rare that you can call a company on a weekend day and get an appointment the same day. These guys did incredible work and offer organic cleaning.

Excellent. I have several rugs in my apartment and I didn't realize that if they get too much sun exposure then the colors change. Two of my rugs that I had next to my windows had become discolored. I called around to ask if this was something that could be fixed. This company offered a free estimate and when the tech arrived he suggested a color restoration. I went ahead with it and I have no regrets. The rug was bought used and looks better now then the condition it was in when I bought it.
