Great restaurant right near MSG. The food at this restaurant is superb. It is fine dining without breaking the bank. Great ambiance and perfect for a nice meal before seeing a show at MSG or going to one of the many nearby theaters. Highly recommended.

without a doubt best in the area. Most of the eateries in this neighborhood are okay for a quick hamburger or salad, but if you are looking for a very good meal in a nice atmosphere - SEVEN should be your choice.

The menu choices are varied, every dish (right down to the mac and cheese) is wonderful, the salads are to die for, the entrees superb and the wait staff is generally pleasant and never rush you through the meal.

I've taken friends, associates and family there and everyone was wanted to go back. There is no higher praise and believe me - it's well deserved.

Chef is Great. I travel a lot and great food is must! I have eaten here 3 times and every time the cocktail and appetizers are excellent. This last time I had the baby spinach salad and the handmade raviolis in cream sauce. Every morsel gone. The sage cream sauce was unbelievable. Can't wait to go back.

Great after event dinning!. I visited seven for the first time recently with a few co-workers and I have to say I was blown away. First off walking in the door had my attention, the amazing decor really prepared me for the delicious food i was about to enjoy. The beautiful chandeliers and loft type seating above caught my attention and made me enjoy my experience even more. I have the seven burger which was amazing, cooked to perfection and served with "brown bag" fries, I savored every bite. With a great atmosphere, better service and great food i would recommend seven anytime, whether an after event drink, or a late dinner this is the place to be!

Best high-end restaurant in the Penn Station area. I went to Seven yesterday for dinner. We chose this place because it was the most convenient and nicest place in the area (I work midtown west). I was really impressed first by the decor (I loved the cosy lounge and the big crystal chandelier at the entrance) then by the quality of the service (very nice and quick enough).

I had the homemade cavatelli pasta. It was very good, I especially liked the fresh tomato sauce. The portion was really large.

For dessert I had the lemon cheesecake which was really refreshing and well flavored.

The prices were really reasonable and affordable.

i enjoyed my dinner there.

to resume: great food, great service, great location, go there!

Great food. Went during lunch with a few co-workers. Nice place. Our waitress was exceptional. All I had was a chicken ceasar salad, the chicken was ok, could have been cut up a bit more, but it was good. I had a black and white creme brulee for dessert which was EXCELLENT. I would recommend it to everyone. I left feeling about 50 pounds heavier but it was so worth it!!!

Best Upscale in Chelsea or near MSG. This was an unexpected surprise. Visited the website for this restaurant to book online and looked nice but the actual going there was just terrific. From when we walked in and shown to our spacious seats to the attentive service, we were impressed. Food was unreal - chef is excellent - and I am picky. Cigar truffles and sea bass were excellent.

We bought a more expensive bottle of wine with dinner than normal we were that happy!

Overall this is one of the more consistant of the high-end restaurants we have visited in NYC. We will return.

Best Bartenders in NYC. Your drink will never be empty..even during a pre concert rush. The bartenders are very attentive and friendly and attend to your EVERY need. The steak & chicken on the bar menu was delicious and a perfect pre-concert meal and very affordable.

The bartenders make you feel welcome. Nice surprise in Midtown, tasteful decor. Refreshing change from all the pubs. Bartenders are friendly, and alert....they know you need a drink before you are even aware..funny how that works. Anyway, from the hostess to the bartenders to the servers...they are all genuinely very nice.

Like the bar appetizers (steak and chicken and mini burgers) and scallops for dinner. Quiet enough for a first date, actually many first dates.

Excellent Eats near MSG. I visited Seven with a group of 8 who were headin to Msg for the J.T. Concert. We got promptly seated upon arrival, our waiter was so friendly and quick with our drinks... We all ordered differently , everyone was so happy with their food. I had the ravioli to start and then the scallops both were to die for. Great atmostphere, Truly Excellent eats and very friendly service ... will definitely be back....Keep up the good work
