I have been purchasing things from them since they opened their first store on Kings Hwy, Bklyn, NY many years ago and have never been disappointed. Even the sales people will try to match or beat competitors prices if you can show them either from an ad or online. Their return policy is only 14 days on most items but they do not make you feel like you have done anything wrong like J&R Returns Dept. does. Their shipping is next to none (excellent)" .

This online store is a prime example of how to do it right!Late November I found the best price for my son's Nintendo DS Lite system,they offered free shipping and tho' we are on opposite coasts,I received it via UPS Ground in a very timely manner...product arrived in perfect condition...will do business with them again...highly recommend!

I bought a warranty from PC Richard for my computer for 5 years from 2005 to 2010. When the contract was over, I bought another one for 5 more years, 2010 to 2015. My computer crashed, I took it to the store like I used to do for repair. The manager told me it's not possible because the employee who had sold me the warranty had made a mistake, I can only have a refund.
