Not Worth it!. After several trips to Thread as a bridesmaid over the years with sub-par service and quality my latest experience requires speaking out. Multiple visits, each time being treated like they are doing you a favor.. the extremely poor customer service and raging attitude from the sales girls is beyond insulting. Poor quality dresses, never fitting properly, zippers breaking in places where there is plenty of room...and they don't offer ANY alterations on dresses costing $250-$400. Not to mention how long it takes to get the dresses in. Given 4 months lead-time they showed up 2 weeks before the wedding..and a few incorrect! When something goes wrong they don't feel it necessary to even fake an apology, simply attitude, again, as if THEY are doing YOU a favor. Other then the very cute styles - which now can be found in several bridesmaid designer collections, especially in NYC - I would not only NEVER recommend this place to a bridal party...I would do my best to spread the word to AVOID IT COMPLETELY. You can find much better styles, quality & service anywhere else in the City offering bridesmaid dresses.
