HORRIBLE office staff. The staff at Phillips could not be any worse. They do not care remotely if you sit for hours waiting to be seen. They are quite content to send you away with an incorrect referral - this has happened to me twice where I could not see the specialist because the office staff has incorrectly done the referral so it was invalid. The medical team seems to be adequate, but the office staff and the entire experience is absolutely awful. Unless you literally have no other choice, stay away!

Great doctors, terrible service. I completely agree with the previous comment. The doctors here are great -- once you actually get to talk to or see them. The receptionists are SO unhelpful -- they just bounce you around from one person to another and act like gatekeepers. One of my doctors there told me that after I finished a procedure she has prescribed, I should come back to her office and schedule an appointment with her for the following week. When I tried to do that, the receptionist said "No, the doctor must have been mistaken. I can't schedule an appointment for you until the results come in." Voicemail messages are never returned (the outgoing message on one voicemail box actually says "Messages left on this voicemail will not be returned" -- what's the point of that??), and it's almost impossible to get a message to the doctors or get them to return your calls. Once you actually get an appointment and get in to see the doctors, they are all great and very helpful, but having to deal with the rest of the staff there is more trouble than they are worth.

Phillips Ambulatory Medical Center. I have accumulated many doctors at this facility and, while they are all good, the facility is awful. The doctors all share common receptionists who have no interest in you whatsoever. NO calls are ever returned, appts. are made without your knowledge (you get called to confirm!), there are always long waits to see the doctors, and the doctors have no time to give you. They all seem overwhelmed with work, records are not always where they are supposed to be, and more time is wasted just trying to get a timely appointment and then waiting for the doctor than should be expected of anyone. The doctors seem harried and exhausted.
