Editorial Review by Marcella Veneziale. This restaurant inside the Hilton hotel hawks modern Tuscan cuisine in a convenient location for office workers and tourists alike.
Absolutely Delicious!. My husband and I dined at Etrusca on a Friday night. Why is wasn't crowded is beyond me, but maybe we were dining a bit too early (8pm). We both ordered seafood entrees - mine was a Tuscan Fish Stew (FABULOUS), and his was the wood-grilled mixed seafood entree (INCREDIBLE). The seafood was fresh, large, and prepared expertly. Our appetizers were great too - mine was the Buffalo Mozzarella (the best) and Tomatoes (alas, hot-house tomatoes). His was the prosciutto wrapped scallops (so large that the two they served could be an entree). Nice wine list too. The service was attentive, but not at all friendly. I recommended this place to several friends and coworkers already. We'll go back, for sure. Reasonable prices, and well worth it - $205 for two people ($49 bottle of wine, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, tip).
