“Nice enviroment, friendly romantic.”
“WAY overpriced for barely adequate coffee.”
“This place is generally overpriced but they do make really delicious caramel macchiatos and cafe mochas for a special treat.”
“My best cappucino is from a Spanish place in Brooklyn, NY-cafe conleche?”
“The service is good and 9 times out of 10 your drink comes out right.”
“Whoever thinks Starbucks -- the McDonalds of the coffee world -- makes good coffee (and worth the outrageous price) needs to wake up and smell the coffee!”
Starbucks Coffee House.... Been here and done that number. Some of the coffees are good, but then some are bad. I mean... Who in their right mind would want to drink a thick cup of Mud? Not I. I think that Starbucks needs to come down on their strength of their coffees. Now... I could understand Our Semi Truck Drivers needing the strong coffee to stay awake to make their long hauls, but who else would want to drink that stuff? again, not I. I prefer my taste of Folgers coffee at home, or else a cheap cup of coffee from a Bodega. And Starbucks is way over priced for a small medium and or large cup of coffee. Those prices are totally outrageous. I would also like to know who came up with over charging for a cup of coffee just because of some Batista standing behind the counter serving everyone.
Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness..
In Short
For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.
too much hype!. I think that Starbucks coffee is wayyyyy overrated! I think that it tastes so strong..it tastes anything but fresh..and for the price you have to be out of your mind..I would like to know who made it sooo popular..cause personally I will drink Tim Horton's coffee any day!
world's best coffee. whenever i'm in nyc i have to get some starbuck's coffee because it's the best.
Best of Citysearch, Starbucks? COME ON!!.
I can't believe this commerical hype coffee company, actually made it on the best of the citysearch.
I dont see why anyone but Tourists (and smart ones should know better), would go to Starbucks when there are so many good Neighorhood Coffe Shops in town.
Over priced and over roasted. Possibly the world's worst gormet coffee, over roasted and over priced.
staryucks!. starbucks coffee tastes burnt & is overpriced. drink coffee in any southamerican or european country and you'll never be tempted to walk in one of the franchise stores again.
Char-bucks. Burnt, overpriced, and refills cost the same as the first cup. 8 o'clock Rules.
