Terrific!. I came into the salon scared to cut off long hair. The stylist was able to recommend a PERFECTLY suitable look for me, did it unbelievably well, so well, that it lasts for about 6 weeks before the next cut!

"It doesnt matter if you like the cut". Young Hee is good. You have to make bookings 2/3 weeks in advance. But if you are thinking of other stylist there. Forget it!

I was referrred to Tim whos working there. He gave me a horrible cut - its a total waste of money $120.

Talking about customer service, Guess what he told me. "anyways you are not going to be in manhattan for long, it doesnt matter if you dont like the cut." He even make exaggerated expressions and faces at my face - which is very dry at the edges.

WOW! just where did that come from. Unless you want to risk getting a horrible cut and horrible service and waste your money, then go to that salon.

i felt relieved.... i've been trying to get "the perfect color" for my hair, and never found anyone who seemed to get what i was saying. younghee recommended allison to me. she was seriously the best. she listened, then gave me all the alternatives to be able to do what i wanted. i'll be back for sure!

Younghee Is Simply Genius. I had given up on my dream of a low-maintenance yet beautiful cut until i met Younghee.

First of all, she gets to know you before determining the style to match your personality and lifestyle--this is key!!! She has consistently given me cuts that take 10 minutes to style and feel very "me".

The staff is friendly and attentive, and i always leave feeling great about myself. what more could you ask for?
