Atmosphere is Perfect for Groups.
If there's one thing I hate, it's having to walk downstairs to go to the bathroom... but that's my only complaint about this place.
The wide open layout of the bar is perfect for groups. My friends and I sat at the long table near the front and it was perfect for our size group (about 8 people).. They have food but we didn't try it.
The staff is attentive too, I'm gonna go back when it's warmer.

Friendly Service, Accommodating Staff, Casual Atmosphere.
What a great "local" place. The atmosphere is lively, the prices are reasonable. the staff is friendly and accommodating. and the prices are reasonable. We are big Boston sports fans and this is one of the few places where we can watch the games and not be treated as outcasts! Must visit bar for anyone who is just looking for a cool, casual place to hang out.

Great Atmosphere.
I was at Coppersmith's last weekend with a large group of friends, the bartenders and waitresses were very accommodating, even the bus boys were enjoying themselves. We hung out, watched the action on the plasma, and enjoyed several dozen Irish car bombs, all in all it was a great night, with good friends, the perfect place to celebrate any occasion.

Relaxed Setting.
Casual and Relaxed Setting. Super friendly waiters and a great bartender. Good mix of music. As an "out of towner," doing a little bar hopping, I felt like I was treated as one of the regulars!

An Everyman's after-work and sports bar in Hell's Kitchen..
This neighborhood hangout adheres to the nice-but-not-too-nice bar formula, with pressed tin ceilings, exposed brick walls and a clean interior that are a welcome change of pace. The long, mirror-backed bar attracts a menagerie of regular folks, with only a few suits in the mix. Several smaller TVs dot the space, with a plasma in front and a large screen in back, where a makeshift stage hosts live music several nights a week. Though ESPN and assorted live sporting events dominate the flickering screens, the bar is as much about casual conversation as it is about the game, especially for the happy hour crowd.
Hits: Offers a respite from the blinking lights and over-staged restaurants and bars typical of nearby Times Square.
Misses: The wooden stools at the high-topped tables aren't designed for comfort, though they do encourage mingling.

Good Sports Bar.
I've been here on a few occasions for happy hour after work. It can get crowded, however the service is good. If you hang around for a while a table will usually open up. Have eaten a few of the standard appetizers and all were delicious as well. Good selection of draft beer and beers are reasonably priced.

Great sports bar.
I went to this bar last Sunday for the first tome to watch some football games. I was very impressed. The atmosphere was great; everyone was really into the games. I thought the food and service were top notch. There was also a wide selection of games playing on the various tv's thoughout the bar. This is a great place to kick back and watch some games.
