I made the mistake of trying this salon and want to save you from doing the same thing. They have no clue what they're doing, yet for some reason everyone is haughty and charging way more $ than their level of service deserves. You will pay the same you'd pay for 57th st. or madison ave. and get beauty school-level service at best. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Go to a salon that will get it right!
Cons: Rude staff, no skill level, prices are way too high given crappy service

Im sorry but it was the worst salon experience of my life !! I had liz do my color , what a nightmare. soon as i left i went to another salon to fix it. can't believe i payed. I would have been better off going to a salon in new jersey. talent very out dated and unfriendly !!! this place is the worst.
Pros: near grand central
Cons: terrible service , and talent
