ABYSMAL customer service from the female sales rep. The sales rep "helping" my girlfriend and I was a brown-skinned (Hispanic or Indian appearance) middle-aged woman with straight black hair parted in front. I'm providing these details so people can identify her.

Firstly, this sales rep didn't deign to spend *any* time with us. She went to check my girlfriend's insurance, threw the card back at her, pointed us to the cheapy fully-covered glasses, and ran off to help other clients. *We* had to keep coming up to her, wait for her, and *ourselves* ask her details about the insurance--which she gave with an attitude. We wound up picking glasses ourselves: she ignored us until we got in her face. At the same time there was a straight black couple where the man was picking out glasses. This sales rep was running around them like she was going to get a tip, constantly bringing them new glasses, offering advice, and chatting them up.

When we brought the glasses to the counter, the woman was her usual fake-over-friendly self, until I started asking further questions about add-ons like anti-glare. At this point she answered me with contempt and worse attitude, treating me like an idiot.

When my girlfriend came to pick up the glasses, this woman was there. First she did not even bother to CLEAN the glasses, but just gave them to her DIRTY. Then she dismissed my girlfriend's concerns about the glasses feeling like one side was higher than the other, saying "it's ok, you'll get used to it" and not even bothering to test for crookedness. At home I put them on a flat surface (a basic test all my opticians did), and one earpiece was a *half-inch* off the ground--meaning the glasses were *extremely* misaligned.

So the most rudimental aspects of optical service--explaining insurance, helping the client choose glasses, adjusting them after they're made, *cleaning* them--were not provided. Instead my girlfriend got *nonexistent* service, foul attitude, and now a need to go to *another* optical to get the glasses fitted.

Worst customer service manager in the area,. The quality of your lens are very poor. The customer service people are not too nice. They Need to take care of their customers in polite manners, and the managers should be able to set examples.

Excellent selection of frames! excellent exam! great staff. After a bad experience at Cohen's, I was reluctant to enter a chained optical store. After hearing great experiences from my coworkers, I decided to give Macy's Vision Express a try. To my surprise, the experience was fabulous! I was greeted by the staffs promptly and they helped me find a great frame within my price range. They have a great selection of frames! The exam by the doctor was very thorough and informative. The glasses was done within an hour and they look great on me! I was really happy with the service. I got many compliments from my coworkers and friends. I am seeing better than ever also! Would definitely go back next year!

Excellent Optometrist. I highly recommend this optical store to anyone. I came to Macy's Vision Express because they accepted my insurance. I've been wearing glasses for at least 10 years and it was one of the best eye exam i've ever had. The doctor did tests I've never had done before. Usually, my previous doctors would take 2 minutes to determine my prescription. However, the doctor there spent a lot of time to examine my eyes and determine my eyeglass presciption. I would never see another doctor again. The sales staff was also very knowledgeable. I got a great pair of glasses within 1 hour

Great Customer Service. I went into Macy's to get towels and realized that there's an optical in the store! Since I needed glasses, I went into the store to browse and they turned out to be very friendly and accommodating! The associates listened to what I needed and gave me the best pair of glasses I've ever had! The doctor was excellent and the associates were very knowledgeable. I got my glasses within half an hour. I highly recommend this place.
