Worst Eye Doctor in the State. Dr. Hong was the worst eye doctor I have ever visited. I went in saying I had trouble seeing with my glasses, thinking that my prescription naturally had worsened. She used the logic of reducing my contact lens prescription so that my eye glasses would seem stronger. The result was that I bought 6 months of daily contact lenses (expensive) that are in the wrong prescriptions and I cannot see, and I am a print editor. I now have worthless contact lenses, still cannot see with my glasses, and I must visit a new doctor who will hopefully correct the mess she created. My visit to this center was a waste of time, and I also thought her manner and communication skills were awfully unprofessional. I strongly advise against consulting Dr. Susan Hong.

Just because it's on Madison Av.... Here are a few of their problems:

1-Hard to get an appointment w/Dr. xxxxxx, always booked.

2-Was told by the optometrist that they will gladly replace any dissatisfication w/glasses. When I complained, he said "Dr. xxxxxx is usually dead on" which meant, he/she could not be wrong.

3-The person in billings said they would research why I was charged the full fee thru my insurance & also a co-payment. But never called back.

Till this day, I have not gone back to have my toric lenses refitted & I had to get another pair of glasses (which by the way, are 200% better than prescribed by Rosethblum Eye Center )
