Let me sum it up. The store isn't bad, but is really not that much better than any other online store, and it costs about three times as much to ship. . .Just easier to shop elsewhere. I got a headache dealing with their out of stock problems.
Questionable shipping practices and unethical customer support.

Waiting took forever. I had to wait forever for my Carhartts. It was too long for me. Actually I had to go buy work clothes in the mall because their package took too long to get to me. And I live in jersey!! mail from new york to jersey shouldnt take weeks, it should take 1 day. The ship was so slow. Unbelievable.
Silberman's a great shopping experience. I have ordered a few times from silberman's and every time I got my orders pretty quick and everything was great. The last time I ordered which was around the holiday season and I called cause I had some questions about some items I was buying as gifts and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful answered all my questions. This is a great place to deal with.
Great People, Great Service. Great People, Great Service. Im a construction worker living in the neighborhood for years. Ive been shopping at Silberman's Army and Navy for years. My father shopped there for years. Its been a staple in the neighborhood for over 60 years as far as I know. When ever i need work pants, work boots, warm or cold weather gear, underware or just a good laugh, those guys always took care of me. If they didn't have it in stock, they order it. But they always have what i need. My family, my friends will always stay loyal to you guys. Thanks for staying in business after all these years. See ya.
Worst service I have ever seen from a retailer. I ordered two pairs of jeans on the 21st of November and as of 6 December I still haven't received my order. Wondering if I'll ever receive them.
Will never order from them again! You would be wise not to either.

Refund due and not received.
My experience is negative - they did not yet send me a due refund when I sent back an item I did not want.
Their accounting goes at the speed of a snail, because my delivery confirmation said they got the return over 3 weeks ago but I got not refund.
How can this the policy in this day and age? When I order on Zappos or Amazon I get free and easy returns and no penalty on returns or refunds. This Silbermans store has acted dishonestly and I will not shop with them.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I would have benefited from taking a quick look on the web to find reviews of this store, but I didn't and now I have a problem. I ordered 4 pieces but only got 3 in the package (which was sent slowly). I told them in a few emails that I didn't get an item but they said the bill shows all 4 were sent. But this was not what happened. I have been struggling to get a refund or the item but the company will not budge. I feel like I was scammed. I would give Silbermans 0 stars if I could do so.
