Started my new beginning @ New Beginning Beauty Salon

On my first visit to this salon I must say Customer service was at it,s BEST!.. The owner (Pauline) and her daughter treated me with class and grace. They both took time and answered all question to make me feel very comfortable. Before each step was performed on my hair my stylist(Owner ,s Daughter) explained the products being used along with styling technique. The karama that flows thru this salon is very calm and positive. I couldn,t have asked for a better place to be at during my transitioning stage. I Will definitely revisit this salon and recommend this salon to all friends and family. Thank you for excellent treatment!

Best Salon In The Bronx.....Hands Down!

I started my natural hair journey at New Beginnings. From day one, the staff has been very caring , warm, and inviting. The atmosphere is wonderful and makes you feel like you're at home. Not to mention, they can early do hair. Every hair style I tried from the finger curls to finally getting my big chop after 5 months of transitioning, came out beautiful and definitely more than what I expected. The products they use are great also, especially Barry Fletcher and Miss Jessies. I love them. Great atmosphere, great staff, great products and great service.....what more can you ask for? Ladies, I highly recommend this salon to you. You will never leave there feeling disappointed but more beautiful and more confident then ever before. They also sell amazing earrings that you just have to buy, soo cute! So give it a try ladies and gentlemen because you will be more than glad that you did!!!!

Great Care for Your Hair!

I've been going there for about 5 years now and I have never been disappointed. They're VERY good about time management and do not have you waiting for long or unnecessarily....they definitely keep things moving and get you out the door looking FABULOUS! The ambience is very nice...relaxing, inviting, earthy tones. Stylists Pauline, Togia, Carlene, Sophia and Lisa are very courteous, friendly and professional. I don't go anywhere else to get my hair done because I don't want mediocre service or results!
