Great Place!. Everything about Siam Square is great except that it is a overpriced. It is located in the Bronx but it is more expensive than a regular Thai restaurant in Manhattan. I love the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew very much. I dine here whenever I visit my parents who live nearby this restaurant. My dad is half Thai and he loves eating hot and spicy Thai food here. I recommend those who love authentic Thai food to come here.

Exceptional Thai Cuisine. The most exceptional Thai Cuisine ever!!! Siam Square is the BEST place to enjoy Thai. Authentic and cultural. The staff is Thai, the Chef is Thai, and the food is Thai. This is the real deal when you are looking for the Thai experience. The waitstaff will greet you with smiles and respect, they are very helpful and friendly, they will cater to your every need. A very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. You should feel right at home here without the worry of cleaning up after you eat.

Yes,Wednesday is free wine with your meal, But it's the food that should bring you back because it is wonderful. When you order you are embarking on an experience of delectable flavor. If you like it hot you can get your meal SPICED UP to your liking. If you like mild you can order anything on the menu except where it is indicated hot by the chili pepper symbol and ask for mild. You can order anything on the menu "vegetarian" and their tofu is perfect. Seafood is perfectly done not overdone. I love the "Gulf of Siam" with shrimp, mussels, squid, and scallops in red curry sauce.

Siam Square is a real jewel and I am glad that it is right here in Riverdale.

I almost forgot! Don't forget to order a dessert. My favorite is the coconut mousse dessert. This one should come with a warning because It is delightful, sinful and caloric, but well worth the experience. You'll want more!

If you want to look over their menu before you go, their menu is online. We use their site to order out, and have it delivered to us if we decide not to dine in! This place is fantastic!

We go here quite often and highly recommend it! Oh and to those who say "pricy" well I think it is well worth the price. The food is the highest quality, the portions are large and leave you full with no disappointments. I would pay much more for this kind of service, atmosphere, menu selection and quality of food.

Thunderriffic!. Two words: Free wine. I'm amazed we haven't been kicked out of this place yet. We bring in a party of ten or so every week. Order the panang duck, it's fantastic. Then, get ripped on free box wine. Tell them Herky sent you and get a free confused look from the waiter.

Must Go!. If you live in Upper Manhattan, Siam Square is THE place for Thia food. While the prices are nothing special, the portions are huge. In fact, two people could really share one plate. The flavors are great, and the menu is extensive. Plus, on Wednesday nights the house wine is unlimited!

Tasty Thai. I am a regular at Siam Square, especially on Wednesdays, when they offer free unlimited house red/white wine with a purchase of an entree. Located in Riverdale, this is by far the best Thai food that I've had in NYC. It's location though makes it inconvenient for many in NYC, but it is worth making the trek. The service is always attentive and friendly. My recommendations for food are the shrimp appetizer, any duck entree, the Thai flavor ice cream (pandan especially)... There are also daily specials that are usually very good, but a little more pricey. Overall, the prices are moderate. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a palate for good Thai.

Authentic Thai Food. For many people, this may not seem like Aunthentic Thai food because most places in NYC arent quite authentic. However, being from Los Angeles and Thai myself, this place reminded me a lot of the hundreds of Thai restaraunts all over L.A. county. The only thing is that the prices are a bit high (but hey I will pay it to get a taste of home). Everything we had was pretty good, but we have only been there once. Its also a bit of a hassle to get to without a car (I happen to live in Inwood). But this is the best all around Thai Experience Ive had outside of Bangkok and LA

Dishes I recommend:

-Tom Yum Soup

- Drunken Noodles (pad Kee Mao)

(I wil update with more later) I should be going back this week

real thai food. i've had thai food all over the place in new york city and west chester. in my opinion, based on how many Thai people eat in thai restaurants, i had heard other thai people talk about this restaurant and i had seen other thai people eat here often. i dine here myself on special occasions and sometimes not, but the food is always like home. its the best thai food in nyc, i think, and when people ask me what thai food is like, i always bring them here... better than other places in nyc and westchester!

Hidden Treasure.... Siam Square is fairly new to the neighborhood and I think in time will gain the recognition it deserves. Unfortunately, unless you live in the neighborhood, it's not in a convenient location but is more like a hidden treasure. My first experience at Siam Square was very pleasant. The staff greeted me warmly at the door and I was seated promptly and the food was excellent. I have gone back to Siam Square many times since and everytime I am very satisfied overall. The menu is great, with a good selection, and everything that I have tried is absolutely delicious. Not only is this the best Thai restaurant I have been to, but it also ranks as one of my favorite places to dine.
