These people are living angels!. They are the greatest. Supplied baptismal gowns and robes for gradutaion to Haiti to help with disaster victims. Also school uniforms and eben emergency products such as mre meals and folding cots and got them shipped directly there for us into devastated areas where there were limited or no services at all. Praise God Frank Bee helped so much during this crisis

Bee Very Wary. Purchased online items and recieved partial order. Some items were out stock and no longer carried. Nevertheless, credit card was billed for full order.

Emails were not responded too. It took three phone calls to get credit back. It was apparent they were clearly trying to be underhanded. I won't shop there again.

worst online service. does not even deserve 1 star. Horrible service! Stay away!

i ordered 2 items from the online store (mind you they have MANY online sites) and not all of them are in synced. so even if the order is out of stock in one, another will say it's in stock. and you don't even know that they are the same company bc it's a completely different website.

so i ordered the items thinking it'll get here in time (within 1 week since it's in the bronx and delivering to brooklyn). i received a nice confirmation email saying that my CC will not be charged immediately. but i saw that it was the day of, so i assumed the items shipped. but a couple days in, i still didnt get a tracking # or notification that it was shipped. so i emailed them, got no reply (not a surprise). so then i called and was told that items were out of stock (in fact discontinued). so what do i do? i remained very patient and nice and said, "ok, just make sure that the system has my order cancelled and that i get reimbursed." i was promised this but no such thing happened. i called 3 more times after this and still remained very nice and they told the same thing. Still nothing happened after a month.

Horrible service! Stay away!

so beware when you're ordering from their online store, you get charged and if you're not careful they won't even notify you that the item isn't in stock and try to sly and not reimburse you. long story short, STAY AWAY!
