Great Experience from Beginning to End!.
Went to Patricia’s for the first time to celebrate a birthday and we had such a good time! The staff was friendly and attentive from the minute we walked through the door! It’s a great family place and fun to bring your kids, especially for a birthday they love to sing! They make you feel like family here. The place is clean and even smell s good because of the brick oven burning. All the food is delicious from the thin pizza, salads, pastas, chicken and seafood dishes. We also had the nutella dessert which was Amazing!
I will definitely be back!!
Horrible. Sadly I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. The service was horrible, the food was just ok! We had to complain to the manager because we never got our salads or deserts. The waitress never made eye contact with us, we had to flag her down constantly. The lights were constantly flickering like a strob light in the back room. The bathrooms were discusting - what a shame! Patricias always had a good reputation but this was just terrible.
Went from 5 star to 1 star.
Sadly, my past few experiences have been very disappointing. I overall feel ever since they relocated the restaurant, the food hasn?t been as good as it used to be. Hot Seafood Antipasto used to be savory, aromatic, and delicious. Past few times I ordered it, it didn?t look or taste like a restaurant dish. Baked clams were very mushy. There was no crab leg. The shrimps were eh. Not to mention, this dish went from $21.80 a few years ago, to $25ish to $28ish to $31ish now!!! I asked my manager if the recipe has changed, she was very hesitated to say no. She kind of slip her mouth and told me these antipasto were made in the morning and not by order. =O I?ve been paying so much for this and it;s premade???? For $31, at least do something right about it!!
I will not return to this restaurant again. The quality and quantity of food has drop tremendously, even though they raised the price.
Great food, great service, great experience.... I was impressed as soon as I walked in. A brick oven restaurant has a certain aroma that makes you feel right at home, old school style. We were greeted at the door and experienced top notch quality service throughout the whole meal. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere could not be beat. I highly recommend Patricia's II and am looking forward to going there again and again.
Good Italian food at reasonable prices. They served lunch for 33 of our family members today. All of the food was very good: thin crust pizzettas, fried calamari, penne, chicken marsala and chicken parmigianna. Even the table wine was good. Oh, and the pizza bread with hot dipping oil was a good start. The service was friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our get-together successful.
Amazing Everything!.
At first I was confused because the restaurant was at capacity and I didn't see a podium where names were being taken for seating. I asked a few patrons outside and was told to just hang around until the owner comes out and acknowledges you. But don't get me wrong, this place is totally unpretentous and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Great for family and friends to gather. It might be a bit busy for a low key romantic date but trust me, the food will probably outshine your date hands down!
Alex, the owner, is super attentive to every one who walks through the door. He has obviously rubbed off on his staff because no matter who you grabbed, they were equally attentive.
Alex was aware that this was our first visit and took his time to go over the menu with us. once he realized that there were many dishes that we had never heard of let alone tried, he encouraged us to try something new and even assureds us that if we were not happy with it tha he would replace it with another dish that we were familiar with, free of charge.
From the calamari, to the steak, shrimp scampi, roasted duck, and pasta...there wasn't one thing that we didn't love!
This was the first time that I enjoyed a meal starting with the bread basket to my expresso after dessert.
I didn't mind the wait and I will definately be back there for all special occassions and everything in between!
Thank you alex and thanks to your staff. This is the first time I couldn't wait to get home and add to the reviews for a restaurant.
Unbelievable Food. It started with the bread, the thin pizza with the garlic olive oil that was given complimentary when we sat down. I knew then I made a good choice. Friendly service, I felt like family and it was my first time there. The food was excellent from the grilled pulpo to the spicy calamari to the Black Linguine with fresh crabmeat and shrimps to the branzino and lamb chops. So many different varieties of food under one roof. This really felt like home. I come from Westchester and I wish I had a Patricia's where I live.
What happened to the good food?. I used to go here all the time a few years back. I was thrilled when I got a takeout menu and was told deliver.. $60 and over an hour later I was greeted by a nasty delivery guy who didnt even thank me for the 4 dollars tip.. No thank you, no have a good evening...NADA.. When i finally got to taste my order, the food was cold with absolutely No flavor..The chicken parm looked and tasted like cardboard...For a 3rd of the price, i'll go over to White Plains Road off Lydig Avenue.. The place isnt as "she she" but at least the food is good and the people who work there dont have an attitude
