From the moment I walked into their offices, I knew the experience was going to be positive. Their office was neat, organized, and very professional. I took my computer in because of a hard drive crash. They explained the problem in clear terms and were able to recovery my data at a fraction of the cost of other quotes I received. I called them after a google search to help me with a virus infection on my computer. The lady who answered the phpne was great. I decided to drop off my computer since it is more economical than having them come to my house. The office was amazingly modern and very professional. The technician who worked with me was clean-cut, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed everything for me and got everything running much more quickly than expected.
