Excellent. From the moment I walked into their offices, I knew the experience was going to be positive. Their office was neat, organized, and very professional. I took my computer in because of a hard drive crash. They explained the problem in clear terms and were able to recovery my data at a fraction of the cost of other quotes I received. It is no wonder they have so many positive reviews out there.

Everything a Computer Company Should Be. I called them after a google search to help me with a virus infection on my computer. The lady who answered the phpne was great. I decided to drop off my computer since it is more economical than having them come to my house. The office was amazingly modern and very professional. The technician who worked with me was clean-cut, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed everything for me and got everything running much more quickly than expected.

This is the kind of service you should get everywhere!

Saved My Stuff!. They were great. Fair prices and professional from the start. Their receptionist and consultants were both very friendly and helpful. We appreciated how quickly they were able to retrieve our irreplaceable photos after a hard drive crash. Well done.

Best Service - Bar None. After calling Geek Squad to setup our wireless network, we were having problems getting on the internet in the back of our apartment. A friend recommended I call Computer Guys to see if they could help. They came on a Sunday morning (I couldn't believe they were open!) and foudn the problem right away. The access point Best Buy sold me was made for smaller spaces. The Computer Guys technician recommended a stronger access point which we ordered. They came back and installed everything the next week and we haven't had a problem since - over 5 months ago! We are happy to recommend them.

great computer guys. My wife and I use them for all our computer needs. They're great because she uses a mac and I use a PC and we can let them handle both. They are always helpful and objective in their recommendations. They always seem to know what we need without us ever feeling like they are "selling" us. Their staff is always attentive and easy to work with.

Good Service, Fair Prices. Computer Guys helped us with a crashed Dell notebook. They were able to get all our documents, pictures and music off of it and helped us transfer it to our new computer. We found them very fair in pricing and their service and response was quick.
