Impressed. I was very skeptical about doing laser since I am of a darker complexion and I needed it done on my face. I went for a consultation and was immediately put at ease. The technicians are good, I won't say great. Some of them seem to rush a bit. I love that touch ups are free and I always take advantage of it. I read one of the other reviews that said they had to pay for a touch up but I didn't have that experience. there is a certain time limit for a touch up so maybe that's why some ppl have to pay IDK. The prices are good for NYC. The setting is also very clean and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Spa's On Top. If you're looking for a clean and professional environment, which I cannot stress how important something like that is at a laser spa, then Advanced Derma Laser is the place to be. Compared to some of the higher-end spas in LA, this place really puts them to shame.

Great spa with great location.
After doing some research for facilities that specialize in laser treatment, I was amazed at the overwhelming great responses of Advanced Derma Laser.
With great prices/packages and guarantees, this place is a MUST for your laser needs!

Ill even take the drive for them. Derma laser has been, for a lack of a better word, supreme for the time period I have been dealing with them. One way they really had my good side, was in the sense of the polite way that they did explain the treatments and the pricing to me very smoothly. I for one do not live in Manhattan nor anywhere near Manhattan. It would be a good drive but some things are just worth the trip for. If I did have a complaint I would spit it out right now, but I really do like them for what they are worth.

NOT TOO HAPPY!!.
I am reciving laser treatment from this place about 4 years. And really NOT happy with the result. When my 6 pack was over they said I should go for several more.. It's been 4 years I still go for a treatment for the same area. And if you need to go more after your packes over they have charges( If i knew they have fee for the touch up, I wouldn't even start in this place) Because ther are many places they actulay gives you gurantee and touch ups are free one or two years. This place is not.
And people do laser don't seem very profesional..Laser level needs to go up every time so hair can finish. But they don't! They have to shave the hair before laser. They don't do that. ( just been lazy)...This is what I feel, they don't pay attention so much because more you visit with them they make more money. It's not fair. It's not right! This is very expencive service. And my hair is not finished.. I feel like I am getting rip of here, so looking for other place more serious about laser. Because I don't have money to waste.
And my advise to you found a place gives you guarantee and NO FEE FOR YOUR TOUCH UP after your 6 sesion over.
